The numbers of the past edition

For the Bologna Mineral Service – as well as for the team of Sicomunica, that had taken care of the communication and the marketing strategy – the unknown produced by the crisis of the global market were solved by an affluence of visitors that had overcame every expectation.

In fact, the 40th Bologna Mineral Show, despite the bad conditions of the weather and logistic problems due to an unexpected share of public, it was concluded with success and satisfaction from the majority of the involved subjects, recording a 40% more entries in comparison to the past edition.

The past edition closed with big numbers, overcoming the attendings of the organizators.
230 expositors, 24 represented nations, 3.300 mq of covered expositive surface, +40% of visitors than the past edition: a success that doubles its capacity if we consider the diminution of participation registered in others international mineralogical manifestations.

The "crib" of the mineralogy will take place from 26 to 28 March 2010, in the Futurshow Station, one of the greatest sporting polyvalent indoor plants of Italy, situated in Casalecchio di Reno, in the bolognese hinterland.

The manifestation turns to a vast public of keens, aiming on the strong international character of the sector and on the modernity of the new location, one of the most prestigious centers of events in Italy.
